In this role you will act as the cost estimate and scheduling expert for the asset management division. You will perform cost estimates and materials take-offs for preventive, predictive and deferred maintenance activity proposed or performed by DEN. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an integrated system of schedules that provide visibility into planned asset management activities and provide various reports as directed.
Provide the asset management team and associated workcenters accurate asset maintenance scheduling, including deferred work and corrective work schedules
Manages the Maximo Scheduler module and independently determines the proper labor loading for asset maintenance
Manages the RS Means Maintenance and Repair cost data system and independently determines the correct labor and material cost for DEN maintenance programs
Prepares estimates and schedules used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Uses specialized maintenance estimating and scheduling software to generate information and analysis
Provides technical guidance to asset management team in scheduling, cost data management and software systems
Creates asset maintenance basis of estimates using RS Means and distributes this cost information to AIM leadership
Represents the Asset Management Team in high-level project budget meetings including all Tollgates
Analyzes schedules for accuracy, rationality and compliance with manufacturer's operations and maintenance recommendations.
Establishes and manages a library of standard work packages and fixed cost activities for preventive maintenance work orders
Maintains the Asset Management Team (AMT) annual Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and general work plan and reports weekly on work milestone progress
Consults with management, asset management team, trade workcenter management, and contractors on maintenance schedules and asset maintenance programming

Our ideal candidate will:?
Have seven years of experience in maintenance cost estimating and scheduling while working in a commercial, industrial, and/or public-owned environment
Be proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project
Be proficient with Maximo and Maximo Scheduler
Be proficient with RS Means for Facility Management
Be proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups

Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field and three years of experience in construction cost estimating and project scheduling working on commercial, industrial, and/or public construction projects.
Education/Experience Equivalency:A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirement.
