The AACE Mentor Network provides AACE members a platform to learn and share experiences, using a self-guided mentoring concept which allows mentors and mentees to register and choose their engagements. Mentoring offers an enriching experience for both parties, providing mentors an opportunity to give back to the community while learning, growing as a leader, and enhancing professional skills. Mentees connect with experienced professionals, share career goals, and gain invaluable feedback.
