Overview of RoleThe Resident Manager leads the office and provides cost management, building surveying, project management, and consulting services on a wide variety of projects providing excellent service delivery to meet client objectives. The Resident Manager should have the ability to identify opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the client’s desired project outcome.
