Arcadis is seeking a Junior Scheduler for our team in New York.
Role description:
This is an immediate opportunity to use your project scheduling expertise. If you possess solid leadership; technical, organizational, and communication skills.
Role accountabilities:
- Ability to find the critical path on projects, cost load projects.
- Support the detailed scheduling effort for assigned projects within the Primavera P6 enterprise
- Professionally interface with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with construction staff, design staff.
- Ability to independently manage schedule baselines for a project and perform earned value analysis management
- Analyze and forecast business needs for both demand and supply capability
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and/or scheduling engineering projects using Primavera P6
- Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor project performance
- Proficiency planning and scheduling projects in construction industry
- Works well in a team environment and is self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and reliable
